API ANTISLEEP is a specialized additive masterbatch designed to reduce film blocking and improve bag opening performance in compostable and biodegradable film applications. It helps prevent film layers from sticking together during winding, storage, and bag conversion, resulting in smoother handling and easier bag opening.
API ANTISLEEP is typically used at 1–2% loading, with the corresponding quantity of PBAT reduced to maintain the overall formulation balance. It is suitable for compostable carry bags, garbage bags, shopping bags, grocery bags, and other flexible film applications.
